DOT’s Business Tax Division seeks comments on proposed rule changes 

As part of the Ohio Department of Taxation’s five-year rule review process, the Business Tax Division is proposing multiple rule changes. All comments regarding the proposed rules should be sent to [email protected] by Sept. 19, 2024. 

Petroleum activity tax: Average wholesale prices now available 

The 4th quarter 2024 average wholesale prices for gasoline, diesel, and propane have been posted to the Ohio Department of Taxation’s website.
