The AICPA’s National Pipeline Advisory Group is asking professionals to make their voices heard with a 10-minute survey on the accounting profession's talent issues and possible long-term strategies. 

These insights will shape profession-wide efforts to tackle the talent shortage and attract more people to a rewarding accounting career. 

NPAG invites participation from everyone in the accounting profession. This includes accounting professionals and CPAs in public accounting firms; accounting and finance professionals working in public, private, nonprofit, and government organizations; academics teaching or influencing accounting courses at colleges and universities; state society and accounting association representatives; and state board of accountancy members.
