ODT webinar and extended phone hours

The Ohio Department of Taxation (ODT) has already held two of its three scheduled Personal Income Tax Webinar Series, designed to provide essential filing season tips and reminders to help navigate this tax season with confidence.  Click here to access the presentation slides.  

These free sessions, although not for CPE credit, cover important updates such as key filing information and common questions to support taxpayers during this critical time.  The final webinar option will take place on April 2. 

Webinar III:  Personal Income Tax - Essential Filing Season Tips & Reminders 

The ODT also recently announced its PIT/SDIT divisions will offer extended phone hours in April around the filing deadline.  This includes: 

  • Saturday, April 5 from 9am to noon 
  • Saturday, April 12 from 9am to noon 
  • Monday, April 14 from 7am to 7pm (open an hour early and two hours later than usual) 
  • Tuesday, April 15 from 7am to 7pm
