IRS would still operate during a shutdown 

The threat of a government shutdown appears to be receding, but the IRS would nevertheless still operate during tax season, even at lower capacity, in the event of a shutdown. 

Yost, Ramaswamy want to end income tax 

Gubernatorial candidates Attorney General Dave Yost and entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy support the end of the state income tax. Both have said it would have to be done over a period of time and likely offset with cuts to state spending.
