The Ohio House voted June 26 to appoint political consultant Tex Fischer to the House District 58 seat being vacated by Rep. Al Cutrona (R-Canfield) who was appointed to replace Michael Rulli (R-Salem) in Ohio Senate District 33. Rulli resigned June 12, the day after he was elected to the open 6th Congressional District seat.
