New leadership team at OSCPA ready to tackle profession’s toughest challenges

OSCPA will continue to make a difference for the accounting profession with the announcement of its new leadership team.  

The team will assist President & CEO Laura Hay, CPA, CAE in strategic efforts to address the national CPA shortage by growing Ohio’s talent pipeline, articulating the importance of a thriving CPA profession to the state’s success, and positioning CPAs as critical contributors to a vibrant and financially secure economy.  

Promotions and additions include:   

  

  • Dr. Tiffany Crosby, PhD, CPA, CGMA, MBA, who has been with OSCPA for nine years and previously served as Chief Learning Officer, was promoted to Senior Vice President, where she’ll oversee culture and organizational development, thought leadership, workforce development and OSCPA’s B2B sales organization.  

  

  • Lori S. Brown, who previously served as OSCPA’s Director of Partnership Development, has been promoted to Vice President of Talent Pipeline and Advancement, and will oversee The Ohio CPA Foundation’s efforts to grow and develop the incoming CPA workforce pipeline and expand programming and educational partnerships around the state.  

  

  • Gregory M. Saul, Esq., CAE, is the Society’s new Vice President of Government Relations. Greg has been with OSCPA for 11 years as Director of Tax Policy and is a familiar name and face on Cap Square. He will be responsible for ensuring OSCPA’s legislative and regulatory efforts remain at the forefront of advocating for common-sense policies for the industry.   

  

  • Amber Epling-Skinner, an experienced strategic communicator who has most recently held senior leadership positions in the Office of the Columbus City Auditor and the Ohio House of Representatives, has joined the team as Vice President of External Affairs. Amber’s background in journalism will help the organization effectively tell its story to members, industry leaders, key stakeholders and the public, in addition to local and national media.
