Stay In The Game - A Healthy Look at the Profession Jim is the founder of 912, a company dedicated to coaching the benefits of teamwork by dramatically shifting the way individuals communicate, collaborate, and showcase leadership while pursuing their goals. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and former owner of the Laudato & Company, a CPA firm that advised individuals and small businesses for over 18 years. He enjoys connecting individuals to a larger goal and appreciates the process of personal development needed to move towards a better version of oneself. He is an authorized partner in DiSC and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. Jim has completed multiple leadership ventures to the Grand Canyon through telos, a world leader in strategy, leadership, and change. Over the years he has held community board related positions and likes to highlight his ability to make a positive impact and uses change as an opportunity to grow. “Bring people together at the human level with respect” is the centerpiece of what he does. Although trained in advising small business, Jim is moved by inspiring individuals, teams, and organizations to become better and LIBTIFY (leave it better than you found it), a philosophy which sets the stage for his purpose. 2. Ohio Professional Standards and Responsibilities Tiffany Crosby the Director of Learning for the Ohio Society of CPAs and the Founder and President of Petra Learning LLC, a professional training and development company. She previously served as an adjunct faculty at Columbus State Community College teaching Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, and Auditing. Prior to founding Petra, Tiffany was an Executive Director in the Advisory Risk Practice of Ernst Young, LLP. Tiffany spent 14 years at EY leading various types of internal audit, internal control, finance, and enterprise risk management projects. Tiffany has helped numerous companies define and implement processes and procedures to company with new financial accounting standards and calculate the impact of adoption. Tiffany is a CPA licensed in PA and OH, a Certified Treasury Professional, and a member of the IIA, AICPA, Ohio Society of CPAs, and the American Society for Training and Development. She received her B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Duquesne University and her MBA from Franklin University.

7. Maximizing Tax Breaks for Small Businesses With over 20 years of accounting and tax experience, Brandon is a leader in our construction and real estate practices. His clients know him for his innovative insights and dedication to their best interests. Brandon has a wide range of tax knowledge, specifically regarding C- and S- corporations, partnerships and LLCs, multi-state filings, and international taxation considerations. His extensive experience also includes Section 199A Qualified Business Deductions, real estate transactions, entity structuring and analysis, mergers & acquisition deal structuring, and look-back interest calculation. A lot of people think that accountants aren’t the most social people, but that isn’t true for Brandon. His constant energy and positive presence have helped attract some of the most talented CPAs in the region. Additionally, he is a member of the Association of Corporate Growth (ACG), bringing the firm innovative ideas and growth strategies. This involvement has brought Brandon many opportunities to speak on various topics in the industry. He’s served as a panelist on multiple Merger and Acquisition and related tax seminars across Indiana. Outside of the office, Brandon serves on the Board of Directors for two groups, the Central Indiana Tennis Association and the University of Indianapolis Greyhound Club. If he’s not working or spending time with family, he’s either on the tennis court or the golf course. Update on Standards for Reviews, Compilations, and Financial Statement Preparation Engagements Updated 8.28.19 - MW "A partner at Cohen & Company, a large regional firm headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, Jami's home base is in the firm's Youngstown office. Jami’s strong commitment to quality has positioned her as a leader within the Audit & Attest Department in the areas of technical development and quality control. In this role, Jami obtains substantially more continuing professional education (CPE) credits than what is required of a CPA. She assists in creating the training and development curriculum for the entire department, and co-leads and often instructs at the firm’s annual three-day training event. She also leads the department’s internal quality inspection review process. Additionally, Jami provides attest services to clients in the manufacturing, construction and retail industries, and offers valuable consulting advice related to business development and growth. Jami is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. Outside of the workplace, Jami gives back to the community by serving as Treasurer of the Winona Fire Department and holding various positions at her local church - Winona United Methodist Church (Chair, Committee on Finance and Stewardship and Endowment Committees, and member of Administrative Council). This is more than an “IT” issue; it is a business issue and as business leaders, the more you know the better you can be prepared to assess your risks and opportunities, build a plan to deal them appropriately, and achieve your business goals. Mike Moran, President of Affiliated Resource Group, has provided business and technology consulting services to growing and mid-market for more than 25 years. Mike started his career as an auditor for Deere & Company and has provided business focused technology consulting to clients since starting Affiliated in 1993. Mike and the team at Affiliated have assisted many organizations with determining their IT strategy, then implementing and supporting the solutions needed to ensure their technology resources and assets stay aligned to achieve their business goals. Over the past 10 years, they have worked with organizations to provide cybersecurity and compliance (HIPAA, NIST, and PCI) work, including risk assessments, remediation efforts, and ongoing compliance programs to help organizations detect and manage potential threats, and plans for the organization to quickly respond and recover in the event of a threat exposure or disaster event. Financial Fraud Schemes 2025 and Beyond I am an owner at Baum Blaugrund, LLC and have over 25 years of accounting and other financial consulting experience, working in public accounting and in industry. I specialize in economic damages, business valuation, fraud and forensic accounting, and other litigation support services. I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who is accredited in business valuation (ABV) and certified in financial forensics (CFF), a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA), National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). I have lectured on a variety of topics including damages, business valuation, fraud, and financial analysis techniques. In addition to my employment at BDO, I am also currently employed as an adjunct professor at Case Western Reserve University, located in Cleveland, Ohio where I teach a course on fraud examination.

15. Retirement Planning Legal Considerations Erin C. Eurenius is delighted to help seniors, individuals with disabilities, and their families at Butcher Elder Law. She was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2015. Her passion for elder law stems from her personal experiences with her grandmother, Helen. Erin’s grandmother helped to raise her while living with the family. Around the age of 84, Helen was diagnosed with dementia and a few short years later suffered from a stroke. Erin watched the repercussions of not planning ahead for these devastating occurrences in life. Erin went to doctor’s visits and hospital calls at 3:00 A.M. and visited the nursing home. She saw the guardianship and Medicaid process firsthand. She understands the stress and anxiety that a family can be dealing with during these situations. Erin’s family experiences with her grandmother motivated her to attend law school. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. Erin participated in the dual degree program and also has her Masters of Business Administration. Her previous professional career involves working in public and private accounting at the firms of PriceWaterhouse Coopers and RSM McGladrey. Her focus was on tax. Erin is a Certified Public Accountant having obtained her Bachelors of Business Administration with degrees in international business, finance, and accounting from Cleveland State University. She was part of the inaugural Honors Program at CSU. She grew up in the Cleveland area and attended Padua Franciscan High School. Go Bruins! Erin is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Academy of Special Needs Planners. She is also a part-time instructor at Cuyahoga Community College and Polaris Career Center. Erin plans to use her personal experience and legal knowledge to understand your situation and benefit you. Her goal while practicing law is to be a helping hand through the process, easing the tensions and fears that our clients and their families may be experiencing. She will work in the areas of estate planning, Medicaid, asset protection, Veterans benefits, special needs planning, and probate and trust administration. Erin is understanding and compassionate. 18. Social Security: Retirement Update Theresa Busher serves as the public affairs specialist for the Social Security offices of greater Dayton and Springfield. She has worked for the Social Security Administration since 1993, and has experience with all Social Security benefit programs, including retirement, disability and SSI. With her public affairs position, Theresa acts as a Social Security spokesperson, media liaison, and public educator. She resides in the south Dayton area with her husband Ed. They have 2 children in college and 3 children ages 14 to 9 at home. Other background: BA from Miami University in Speech Communication and Spanish.

18. Social Security: Retirement Update Kelly Draggoo began her career with Social Security Administration in 2009 as an SSI Claims Specialist in Cincinnati. She was cross-trained in 2011 and began processing retirement, childrens, and survivor claims as well. She was recently promoted to her current position as the Public Affairs Specialist for the Cincinnati Metro area where she spends most of her time giving presentations to audiences seeking information about disability, retirement and our online services. Prior to joining SSA, she worked for Hamilton County’s Job and Family Services in Cincinnati for 8 years, so she is also very knowledgeable with public assistance programs, and the interaction between Medicaid and Medicare. Kelly is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology. She currently serves as a volunteer for the Greater Cincinnati Literacy Network tutoring adults seeking help learning to read. Kelly is a native Cincinnatian living on the west side of town with the greatest cat ever, named Sally Jean.
