Kristen Schmitt Bio Kristen Schmitt is the founder and president of Thrive to Lead, LLC. She is a professional speaker and facilitator, delivering workshops in professional effectiveness, time management, and virtual leadership. In addition, Kristen is an executive coach, primarily working with high potential and senior women leaders and facilitating Positive Intelligence courses. Before founding Thrive, Kristen spent 20 years in various sales leadership roles with Pearson Education. During her tenure, Kristen built numerous award-winning teams of individuals who flourished professionally and personally. Kristen is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation and certified with the Hogan Personality Assessments. She holds a BSBA from Central Michigan University and is on a continuous learning journey. A member of the ICF, Vistage, Conway Family Business Center, and NAWBO, Kristen resides in central Ohio with her husband and two children.
