Our Firm was founded in Ashland, Kentucky in 1951. With offices in Ashland, Kentucky and Cincinnati, Ohio, we provide a full range of services in the areas of auditing, accounting, tax planning and preparation, computer services and management consulting services to clients in Eastern Kentucky, Southwestern Ohio, Western West Virginia and Southwestern Virginia. Our Firm has a broad base of clients in many industries and is not dependent on any one client for a significant portion of our fees. Our clients are primarily smaller, closely-held businesses, although the audit and consulting practice concentrates heavily in services for financial institutions, not-for-profit organizations, local governmental units, labor unions and family-owned businesses.
