OSCPA student ambassadors go above and beyond in helping us spread the word about the many opportunities that come with an accounting degree. This year, OSCPA celebrates the graduation of 13 ambassadors

Read on to get a glimpse at where our ambassadors are headed post-graduation.

Anna Siesel

Anna Siesel graduated from Kent State University with a degree in accounting. Following graduation, Anna will work with EY Cleveland in their FSO Assurance Practice.

“I’m excited to learn more about what it takes to audit a public company,” Siesel said. “I’ve learned the basics in school, so I’m excited to learn more about the applications of accounting and auditing principles.”

Her current goal is to become a CPA, and she is currently studying for the CPA Exam this summer.

Nicole Locke

Nicole Locke graduated from John Carroll University with a degree in accountancy and will begin her full-time role at Grant Thornton in downtown Cleveland in January 2026.

“I am excited to grow as a young professional in the workplace,” Locke said. “I am excited to see where life will take me!”

Trevor Tiemeyer

Trevor Tiemeyer graduated from Xavier University with a degree in accounting and finance.

Trevor’s post-grad plans include studying for the CPA Exam and returning to Xavier University for his MAcc degree. Long term, he wants to teach college accounting.

Post-graduation, Tiemeyer said he is most excited to serve as the graduate assistant to his honors program while getting his master’s.

Becca Marxman

Becca Marxman graduated from Ohio Northern University with a degree in accounting. Following graduation, Becca will be returning to Ohio Northern University for her MSA while studying for the CPA Exam.

Looking ahead, Marxman said she is most excited about launching her career in public accounting and planning her wedding.

Congratulations to all of our graduating ambassadors. We celebrate your hard work and dedication and can’t wait to see where your journey takes you.

Help us continue to build the next generation of accountants when you donate to the Ohio CPA Foundation. Your contribution helps fund scholarships for future CPAs and can change lives.

Whether it's a recent graduate, a colleague new to the profession or someone you've mentored, encouraging them to become an OSCPA member is a simple way to pay it forward – help Gen Z tap into the same resources, connections, and opportunities you’ve had access to throughout your career. Your personal invitation to them to become part of something bigger matters!
