The Ohio TechCred program is a training reimbursement program unique to Ohio aimed to aid Ohio employers in building a stronger workforce with the skills needed in a technology-infused economy.

  • Financial Support: Reimbursement up to $2,000 per credential, with a maximum of $30,000 per employer, per round, and up to $180,000 a year.
  • Comprehensive Assistance: Guidance through every step from application to reimbursement.
  • Upskill and Retain Talent: Invest in your team to enhance their skills and secure Ohio’s top talent.

“The strength of Ohio’s economy depends on a skilled workforce,” said Gov. DeWine. “Through TechCred, we’re empowering businesses to invest in their employees and ensuring Ohioans have the tools to succeed.”
