This past week, the Ohio House concurred on the amendments added to the transportation budget (House Bill 54) by the Ohio Senate. This legislation now awaits Gov. Mike DeWine’s signature to be passed into law.
After weeks of testimony from numerous state agencies, citizens of Ohio and local government officials, H.B. 54 was accepted by the Ohio House on March 19 with a vote of 87-3 after passing unanimously 32-0 in the Ohio Senate on the same day.
