OSCPA partners with Max Technical Training to offer CPE-compliant tech courses

The Ohio Society of CPAs is dedicated to upskilling the profession, and in pursuit of that goal has recently partnered with Max Technical Training to offer TechCred-approved courses that are eligible for CPE credits - the list is now available here: https://maxtrain.com/ohiocpa 

Ohio’s TechCred program enables Ohio employers to invest in their teams and secure top talent, with the State of Ohio offering reimbursement to employers of up to $2,000 per credential per employee. Businesses of all sizes, from any industry, are eligible for up to $30,000 per round and up to $180,000 per year. There are six application periods per year (every other month) with the next one opening Sept. 2, 2024, and closing on Sept. 30, 2024 at 3:00 p.m  
 
As the accounting profession evolves to keep up with the pace of business, keeping the profession’s tech skills current is critical. Max Technical Training will assist in those efforts with courses ranging from foundation of business analysis to introduction to Microsoft copilot.
