Wiley named to Ohio Business Magazine's Ohio 500

Ohio Business magazine has named OSCPA President & CEO Scott Wiley, CAE, to its Ohio 500 Most Powerful and Influential Ohioans. The list recognizes the men and women who are working to position the Buckeye state for economic growth and showcases those who exemplify leadership.
Wiley's recognition is the result of his efforts in driving a pro-business advocacy agenda and leading transformational change and workforce development initiatives for Ohio's accounting profession.
"I am honored to be among Ohio Business magazine's Ohio 500 alongside more than a dozen OSCPA members who are advancing the state of business in Ohio. Though I'm a transplant to Ohio, I am passionate about the opportunities that abound in this state that I now call home," said Wiley.
"At The Ohio Society of CPAs, we are working to champion a profession whose work underpins our state's economic growth," added Wiley. "The CPAs and related professionals we represent are the strategic advisers to businesses of all sizes. Our members speak the language of business and are changing business, for good. I consider myself fortunate to be at the helm at this time of great opportunity for Ohio and the accounting profession."
