While not all unethical behavior rises to the level of fraud, where one readily occurs, the other is not far behind. When high-profile ethical lapses or fraud occurs, public oversight bodies must respond. Generally, this respond includes fines and mandatory training. Is that sufficient? Based solely on the single profile included within this article, the answer is clearly no. Perhaps it’s time to rethink our response to organizational failures... or is it?
