This conference focuses in new developments in federal taxation. Speakers are nationally renowned taxation professionals with extensive experience in the field. We also invite CPAs and other professionals to consider the University of Akron’s MTax Direct (http://mtaxdirect.uakron.edu). Professionals in this program can earn the University’s renowned Master of Taxation degree in 13 months of classes designed for working CPAs and others with an interest in taxation, with no classes held from mid-January to mid-April. MTax Direct students attend live classes at their desktops via WebEx from any location with good Internet access. Additionally, students can access class notes, learning material and recorded class sessions online at any time that is most convenient for them.
