What do you do in your free time?

“I’m a runner, I love to run. I’ve done a bunch of marathons. I’ve had some great runs and some pretty miserable runs. But you feel euphoric when you cross the line no matter what. It’s pretty great.”

"Another thing is I’m a drummer. I do like to use props when I present because I find it useful and for that I use this enormous triangle, I call it the Triangle of Alignment. I hold it up and I say, ‘Every organization really needs to be aligned by the three points of the triangle.’ Mission, vision and values are at the top. IT and operations, those two elements have to be in alignment.”
