What's something that motivates you?

"I'm motivated by knowing that I've helped someone. Such as seeing other people's responses and feeling like maybe there's a weight lifted off them based off something that I've been able to do for them. Whether that's within the firm or out in the community volunteering, I like knowing that I've made a difference."
