This week's CPA of Ohio is Jon Feller, CPA, managing director at Deloitte.

What are some of your favorite places to travel to?

“I love to travel. I’ve traveled a lot both personally and professionally and still haven’t found a place that I didn’t like. If I’m on a personal trip, national parks are pretty cool and I would never turn down a beach. But if I’m traveling for work, I love going to new cities. Europe is my favorite place if I were going to go somewhere for work.”

What’s your favorite part about being a CPA?

“When I think about what I’m doing day to day, I love helping companies negotiate the rules of the road. Helping someone through that complex transition personally is incredibly fulfilling but you also build these long-lasting relationships with a lot of trust and I really like that from the professional side. Equally, I love my teams, I adore them. My teams can range from 5 to 25 people. I’m only as good as the people on my team.”
