Candice Hayes-McInnis, CPA, recently founded PROVIDOM, a nonprofit that teaches financial literacy education and workshops and provides access to financial solutions. We talked to Candice about how her accounting background influences how she runs PROVIDOM, the biggest hurdle to getting started, her advice for those who want to open their own nonprofit and much more.
