Ohio finished 46th in a study by the Tax Foundation examining which states have the most business-friendly corporate income tax structures. The state’s ranking rose one position from its 2018 score.

The Ohio Department of Taxation reminds sales and use tax practitioners and taxpayers that February 2019 monthly sales and use tax returns are due March 25, 2019.
