Federal Tax Outlook 2026
Krebs, a Miami University graduate, is a nationally recognized author and speaker on taxation and small business. Active in Rotary as a Past President, he’s run the earth’s circumference and enjoys fishing in Ohio and Florida. Krebs is involved with Worthington Christian Church in Columbus and Centerpointe Christian Church in Venice, Florida. Married to Pat, a retired minister, he has four children and two grandchildren.
Craig Miller, CPA, CFE, CITP, CISM
President Managing Partner, Duffy and Duffy Cost Segregation
Miller has been with Duffy + Duffy since 2007. He joined as a Project Manager, in 2011 was promoted to Vice-President, and in 2015 promoted to President. Mr. Miller is a CPA, a Certified Member of The American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (ASCSP), a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM).
Dimengo, an Ohio tax attorney, is the go-to for complex tax challenges, representing clients like the Cincinnati Reds before the Ohio Supreme Court to exempt bobbleheads and promotional items from sales and use tax. With extensive expertise, he serves businesses navigating intricate tax issues.
Mindy Nett, CPA

Nett joined the accounting faculty full-time in 2014 after years as an adjunct, advising Beta Alpha Psi and the Accounting Association. She holds a B.S. from Miami University, an MTax from the University of Akron, and is a CPA. With 22 years in public accounting, including as Grant Thornton’s tax professional learning leader, she teaches Tax and Financial Accounting. Nett is active in The Ohio Society of CPAs, AICPA, IMA, AAA, and ATA.
Sara Goldhardt, CPA

With over 20 years of tax experience, Goldhardt leads GBQ’s state income/franchise tax services. She manages multistate tax engagements, specializing in compliance, Ohio CAT consulting, nexus studies, allocation/apportionment, and transactional planning. Goldhardt serves manufacturing, construction, healthcare, professional services, and retail industries, assisting with municipal taxes, employment taxes, credits, and mobile workforce issues.

With nearly 25 years of experience, Nieves leads GTM’s Lead Tax Practice, delivering tax, accounting, and compliance services for multinational corporations in retail, medical, utility, and financial sectors. As Practice Leader of GTM’s Training Institute, he drives innovative training for tax professionals. A member of AICPA, PICPA, and Financial Manager’s Society, and Co-Founder of ALPFA Philadelphia, Nieves enhances client services with expertise in tax provisions, process improvement, and acquisitions.
Yarnell, a CPA and lawyer, specializes in federal and state tax controversy, handling tax notices, audits, administrative appeals, and tax court litigation with expertise.
