ODT: Sales and Use Tax filing deadline reminder 

The Ohio Department of Taxation is reminding all sales and use tax practitioners and taxpayers that the April 2024 monthly sales and use tax returns are due May 23, 2024. Returns must be filed for each period the account is active. 

IRS cuts PTIN fees 

The IRS published final regulations officially lowering the fees for new Preparer Tax Identification Numbers and renewed PTINs.
