The Ohio Supreme Court recently upheld the right of Ohio municipalities to tax wages earned by employees working outside the municipality from home during the COVID-19 pandemic.  

Latest IRS tax season data suggests taxpayers are still waiting to file 
The most recent tax filing data still shows a dip in tax returns received compared to the prior year. The IRS received 54,030,000 individual income tax returns as of March 1, 2024, a 1.7% decline from the previous year.
