Frequently Asked Questions 

How do I reset my password? 

Click ‘Forgot Password’ on the sign in / register page then enter your email address and click “Reset Password.”    

You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. 

*If you’re unsure of the email address associated with your MyOSCPA account, you can locate that address by referring to any recent email we’ve sent you. 


How do I add external training to my transcript?  

  • Sign in to MyOSCPA  and click on ‘My Learning Center.’   

  • Click on the ’Completed’ tab.   

  • Click the green ‘Add External Training’ button above your completed courses. 

  • Add the title of your external training and the date completed, then click the ‘Create’ button.   

  • Once created, you can add credits, certificates or any other files associated with the course. 

  • To return to your completed learning, click on the ‘Completed Learning’ in the upper left 


How do I view my transcript?  

  • Sign in to MyOSCPA and click on ‘My Learning Center.’   

  • Click on the ‘Transcript’ tab.   

  • If you are an Ohio licensed CPA, you will have a ’Reporting Group Transcript’ button that creates a transcript for your 3-year reporting cycle. 

  • You can also create a transcript for specific time periods using the start and end periods and then click ‘View Transcript.’ 

  • To download your certificates in bulk, set a timeframe using the start and end periods and click either 'Download Internal Certificates' or if you want external training certificates, click on 'Download External Certificates.'
