Register now for ODT’s Ohio Virtual Tax Academy

Registration is now open for the Ohio Department of Taxation’s Ohio Virtual Tax Academy. The half-day learning event is scheduled for Nov. 14 from 8:20 a.m. to noon, and is designed for small businesses, tax professionals or anyone interested in learning how to interact effectively with Ohio’s tax system.

Senior staff from the department will discuss:

• Updates for Personal & School District Income and Employer Withholding Taxes
• Allocating Compensation – Stock Options, Commissions, Base Salary, and Capital Gains
• Internet Retail & the Sales and Use Taxes
