State Rep. Adam Miller, D-Columbus, has filed to run for Ohio’s 15th Congressional District next year against State Rep. Mike Carey.
Zerqa Abid, a Democrat from suburban Columbus who heads a non-profit aimed at helping youth, has also filed to run for the 15th District.
Rep. Mary Lightbody, D-Westerville, plans to resign her 4th House District seat effective Tuesday, Jan. 9. Minority Leader Allison Russo, D-Columbus, said applications for the seat are due by Monday, Jan. 8.
