OSCPA is committed to helping members upskill their tech talent to succeed in today’s environment. Now, you can potentially offset the cost of that upskilling by leveraging Ohio’s TechCred program.
Established by the governor’s Office of Workforce Transformation four years ago, TechCred provides funding for employers to upskill their workforce.
The Ohio TechCred program is a unique Ohio training reimbursement program aimed to support Ohio employers in building a stronger workforce with the skills needed in a technology-infused economy.
Financial Support: Get reimbursed up to $2,000 per credential, with a maximum of $30,000 per employer, per round, and up to $180,000 a year.
TechCred approved credentials for Ohio CPAs include Microsoft Excel and PowerBI, Copilot for 365, Quickbooks, artificial intelligence, business analysis, Programming and Python.
To date, 5,388 unique Ohio employers have been awarded a total of over $69.2 million
