Columbus, Ohio (January 13, 2025) – After 12 years of exceptional service as President and CEO, Scott Wiley will be stepping down from his role. Effective today, January 13, 2025, Laura Hay, CPA, OSCPA’s Executive Vice President, will succeed Scott as President & CEO.
Laura will be the first female and first CPA to lead the 100+-year-old organization. She has dedicated her career to OSCPA, enhancing the profession’s reputation and strengthening its impact across Ohio and beyond.
"Laura's extensive experience and proven leadership within OSCPA make her the ideal choice to lead us into the future,” said Rick Fedorovich, CPA, Executive Chairman of BMF CPAs and OSCPA Board Chair. “Her strategic vision and unwavering commitment to innovation will build on the stability, strength and success Scott has fostered. Laura also previously served as OSCPA’s Chief Operating Officer. Her principled leadership has consistently ensured that OSCPA stays ahead of the evolving needs of the CPA profession.
