By the numbers: Ohio ranks 5th worst in corporate tax study

Ohio finished 46th in a study by the Tax Foundation examining which states have the most business-friendly corporate income tax structures. The state’s ranking rose one position from its 2018 score.

ODT: Sales and use tax filing deadline reminder

The Ohio Department of Taxation reminds sales and use tax practitioners and taxpayers that February 2019 monthly sales and use tax returns are due March 25, 2019. Taxpayers are required to file sales and use tax returns electronically via the Ohio Business Gateway or through TeleFile by calling 800.697.0440.
