On May 15, OSCPA’s delegation to AICPA Council joined President and CEO, Laura Hay, CPA, CAE, and Vice President of Government Relations Greg Saul, Esq., CAE, to advocate for the profession in Washington D.C. during meetings with Ohio’s Congressional delegation.
OSCPA leaders Courtney Clark, CPA, Jessie Wright, Ph.D., CPA, Amy Vetter, CPA, Darci Congrove, CPA, and Michael Bowman, CPA, with student representative Austin Vetter, shared how pending legislation would impact businesses, candidates and licensees.
The AICPA hosted state CPA Societies from across the country on Capitol Hill to advocate for issues impacting accounting focused professions. The OSCPA joined the three-day event, meeting with several Ohio Congressional members.
