Paychex conducted a survey that found unsurprisingly, many participants’ well-being fell during the beginning of the pandemic and has not rebounded to pre-pandemic levels. And more than 6 in 10 said that well-being programs and benefits are now a top priority when applying for jobs.
“Workplace benefits are a key deciding factor for the majority of individuals when job hunting” Stevens says. “This was found to be true regardless of whether employees work in-person, remotely or a hybrid of both.
