Under HB33 (Edwards), ODM must seek approval from the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to take MyCare, a Kasich-era program, statewide.

ODM will take applications through Aug. 2, but bidders must notify the agency of their intent to apply by 4 p.m. Friday, June 21 at [email protected]. Bid specifications are available at

ODM said it plans to launch the statewide MyCare program in January 2026.
