What to expect from the 2023 economy

As all eyes are on the economy, CPAs will be sought out for their expert business knowledge in a time of uncertainty.
That’s why the Ohio Society of CPAs has partnered with The Ohio Bankers League to present the Pivot or Pause 2023 Economic Summit on Feb. 8.
“The Ohio Society of CPAs is excited to partner with the OBL for this annual program,” said Amber McAuliffe, CPA and director of learning engagement at the Ohio Society of CPAs. “This event brings together the ABCs – attorneys, bankers and CPAs – to dive into the state of the economy and kick off a new year preparing for new opportunities to serve as trusted business advisers -- all while building new networks.”
The program offers a session from Beth Ann Bovino, the U.S. chief economist at Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services, who will present "Fasten Your Seat Belts,” a look at the U.S. economic outlook for 2023 and beyond.
