The Ohio Department of Taxation reminds all commercial activity tax (CAT) and petroleum activity tax (PAT) practitioners and taxpayers that the second quarter 2021 CAT and PAT returns are due Aug. 10, 2021.

Taxpayers are required to file and pay both the CAT and PAT electronically via the Ohio Business Gateway at https://gateway.ohio.gov.
