Accessing the Webcast:
Q: How do I get login information?
A: You will receive an email confirmation listing the WebEx instructions, link and password. This email will come from sender CPA Crossings. If you do not receive this email, first check your spam folder. If the link is not in this folder, call the Member Service Center at 614.764.2727 opt. 2
General Webcast Information:
Q: When should I log in to the webcast?
A: It’s highly recommended that participants join the webcast up to 15 - 30 mins before the webcast start time to ensure a successful launch.
Q: How do I download the course materials?
A: Click on the link you received in the Login Instructions email. Scroll down to the bottom where you will see a section called “Course Materials”. Click on the blue hyperlink file name to save to your desktop. If you see PASSWORD PROTECTED where the filename should be, scroll down to the very bottom of the page, click the “View Session Details” button, Enter the password: Webinars1. You should now see the blue hyperlink for the course materials.
Attendance and CPE Credit:
Q: How is my participation verified/monitored?’
A: A polling question will be given approximately every 15 minutes to confirm that all participants are still in attendance. A participant must answer 70% of the polling questions to receive full credit for the webinar, per the requirements of NASBA (National Association of State Boards of Accountancy).
Q: How and when will I get my record of attendance?
A: The certificate of completion will display in your learning center’s completed tab within 72 hours of completion of the webcast.
