The Ohio Department of Taxation is reminding all municipal net profit tax practitioners and calendar year taxpayers that the first declaration and estimated payment for the 2019 tax year is due by April 15.
Taxpayers who have elected to have the Department of Taxation administer the municipal net profit tax for their companies must file declarations and make estimated payments directly to the Department of Taxation via the Ohio Business Gateway. Please do not submit payments directly to the municipality.
