Choose one of the three education pathways outlined below. Each path requires 30 semester hours in accounting and 24 semester hours of business.

PASS ALL 4 PARTS OF THE CPA EXAM

Must complete during an 18 month time frame. Each section is 3-4 hours.

Ohio requires 3 hours of Ethics education.

GAIN THE REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Have one year of accounting experience, verified by a CPA. Internships count!

Complete the forms required by the Accountancy Board of Ohio.

The check is completed through the Bureau of Criminal Investigation & Identification.

The Accounting Careers Leadership Academy is an exciting professional development opportunity to help college students from all backgrounds prepare for a successful future in the accounting industry.
